For the past three months, our sisters in Shajara (Khartoum) have been running a tailoring course for group of young ladies who were put in prison for minor offenses. Sr. Josephine taught them the elementary skills and the girls and the prison guards who joined the course were very happy of their achievements. Few days ago, in one of the hotels in Khartoum, there was the official closing of this course and many others organized also for young boys. Here are some photographs of that event
