Our sisters of the community in Damascus (Syria) share with us the following thoughts:
«Our presence here, in the land of St. Paul , is a call to continue our dream for peace in the midst of the noise of war. But it is lived with ever greater faith and courage, for we feel the presence of Jesus and Mary very much alive and because we feel supported by the prayers and concern of our sisters, dear and near ones . These lead us to thank God ever more for his constant gestures of love that help us to face the sorrowful and hard situation of this moment. we would stay and give our witness to the dear people of Damascus, in which life has always been shared between the two religions in a cordial and respectful, serene and peaceful manner».
